The ultimate fulfillment of our purpose as a church is to make known the glory of God to all the people groups of the world. At Green Run, this "great commission" has a special place in the hearts of the leaders and the people. Missions is at the very core of who we are.
We seek to fulfill this desire in three specific ways:
- Growing and challenging our people to become "World Christians" through their understanding of Scripture and their exposure to other cultures.
- The generous and joyful giving of our resources to local and foreign missionary efforts.
- Raising up, sending out, and supporting missionaries from this church body to unreached peoples.
