Children & Student Ministries

One generation shall commend your works to another, and shall declare your mighty acts. On the glorious splendor of your majesty, and on your wondrous works, I will meditate. They shall speak of the might of your awesome deeds, and I will declare your greatness.  They shall pour forth the fame of your abundant goodness and shall sing aloud of your righteousness. Psalm 145:4-7

Our Gospel Driven Vision is helping kids and teens connect with God, their parents, each other, and their community. At Green Run, we are intent on training up students to live a Christ-centered life while impacting their peers and demonstrating an authentic relationship with the Lord.

GRACE - Our Gospel Driven Purpose

Guide our children to Christ and inspire them to live God-centered lives.

Reveal the character and attributes of God and His plan for mankind by teaching them the whole council of God.

Affirm the uniqueness and giftedness of each child as created in the image of God.

Create significant, lasting relationships with children, teachers, and families.

Encourage our children to serve and renew their communities through the knowledge and application of the Gospel.

God's primary means of raising children for His own glory is the family. It is especially the father's responsibility to ensure that his children are raised in the fear and admonition of the Lord. God has ordained that this privilege of training and disciplining our children be done by families within the context of a local church family.

This means that we will provide various means of helping parents, particularly fathers, learn how to teach and train their children according to the Scriptures. This means that our people must live together as a spiritual family that provides "spiritual fathers" to the fatherless.

We believe that there is much to be gained when parents and the church work together. Our partnership is vital in helping kids become confident in God and connected to others.
