The purpose of the West Indies Covenant Ministries, Inc. is to bring ministers together from different Caribbean islands to minister, teach, empower and equip them so they can return to their respective churches and communities to preach and teach the gospel. To accomplish this, Ramzan Hosein started WICM with a vision of preparing leaders in ministry to spread the Gospel throughout the Caribbean. In September 2001 Trinidad and Tobago Bible School opened its doors to 8 students; currently there are 24 students enrolled. In July/August of 2002 he began Grace Bible Church with another family and his own. Now there are 30-40 faithful attendees and members.
